Ich liebe Za'tar... ist täglich auf meinem Speiseplan. Entweder mit Olivenöl aus Palästina und frischem Brot zum Frühstück. Oder als "Hauptspeise" zusammen mit den eingelegten Oliven und diversen Salaten oder zu rohem Gemüse.
Ist mir zu wertvoll zum "verkochen" und
wird ausschließlich als Rohkost genossen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
